How to Reset VBO Ticket Patron Login Password

1. Visit our website and choose "My Account" at https://www.sunnyvaleplayers.org/myaccount/
2. Click on SIGN IN on the top right corner
3. When the pop up for sign in comes click on "Reset Password"
4. Enter your email you last use or your personal email you used to contact SCP Box Office
5. Once the system recognizes the email, you should receive an email like this (Check spam or junk if it landed there).
Email would be by [email protected]
6. Click on the reset password link
7. Enter your new password and click UPDATE
8. Wait for the page to reload, then follow step 1 and sign in with the new password.
